BIO
Gayani joined academia in 2015, becoming affiliated with the Department of Decision Sciences at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce. She has taught a variety of programs, including diplomas, bachelor's, and master's degrees.
Prior to her academic career, Gayani gained over three years of industry experience with leading organizations such as Fonterra and MAS Holdings. This experience helped her develop strong expertise in supply chain management and business analytics.
