I am a legal academic and researcher currently pursuing my PhD research, dedicated to exploring the evolving landscape of Administrative Law, Jurisprudence, and Artificial Intelligence. With an LL.B from the University of London and an LL.M from the University of West London, my work focuses on how emerging technologies, like blockchain and smart contracts are reshaping traditional legal frameworks and public policy.

My professional background bridges the gap between fast-paced strategic communication and rigorous legal scholarship:

Academic Leadership: Currently a full-time assistant Lecturer at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and an accredited Visiting Lecturer for the University of West London via ANC Education, where I lead modules in IP Law and International Arbitration.

Strategic Communication: Gained unique commercial and public-facing experience during a high-impact tenure at News First (Capital Maharaja Group), Sri Lanka's premier news channel.

Forward-Thinking Research: Actively engaged in expository research across International Human Rights, Political Economy, and EU Law, with a keen focus on the "coalitions" between technology and the rule of law.

I am currently working towards the Sri Lankan Bar Exams while expanding my academic portfolio. I am passionate about legal innovation and welcome opportunities to collaborate on research, policy development, or academic initiatives at the intersection of law and technology.
