Funeral Notice

It is with deep regret that we notify the demise of Mr.Charles Fernando, Former Head/ Department of Public Administration and Senior Lecturer (Retired).

Remains will lie at his residence, No.20, Bellanthara Lane, Dehiwala.

Funeral will be held on Saturday, 28th July 2018 at 3 PM.
