Ms. Amandi Ekanayake is a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Public Administration within the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She graduated with distinction, earning a place on the prestigious Dean’s List during her undergraduate tenure at the same institution, where she is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Management.

In her current role, she is actively engaged in undergraduate teaching, research, student supervision, and mentorship. She is deeply dedicated to advancing academic excellence through research, innovation, and impactful mentorship. Committed to fostering intellectual curiosity, she aims to inspire the next generation of scholars while pursuing advanced research that drives knowledge creation and contributes meaningfully to society.
