BIO

A dedicated and high-achieving Public Administration graduate (First Class Honours,
GPA 3.82) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, with a proven track record in
academic research and a strong passion for advancing knowledge in public sector
governance. My research on the barriers to women's advancement in the Sri Lanka
Administrative Service has been presented at an international conference and
published in a peer-reviewed journal, demonstrating my capacity for critical analysis
and contribution to the field. As an Assistant Lecturer, I have developed the skills to
translate complex theoretical concepts into engaging learning experiences. I am eager
to pursue advanced scholarly research to further investigate issues of gender equity,
public policy, and organizational management, and I am seeking to empower this
academic pursuit and contribute meaningful, evidence-based insights to the global
discourse.
