Ms.Sanila Gamage is a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Public Administration within the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She graduated with a first class in B.Sc. Management (Public) (Special) Degree,where she is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Management.

In her current role, she is actively engaged in undergraduate teaching, research, student supervision, and academic mentorship. She is committed to advancing academic excellence through research, innovation, and the development of future scholars while contributing to knowledge creation and societal advancement.
