Joined the University of Sri Jayewardenepura as an Assistant Lecturer to the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 1990. Now a Professor in the Department of Decision Sciences of the same faculty. Obtained BSc (Special) in Industrial Management from the University of Kelaniya and MBA from PIM-SJP. Obtained PhD from the School of Engineering of Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. Former Head Department of Decision Sciences and Former Head, Department Business Administration.
Now Director, Staff Development Centre, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
