Classic Talent Show -2023
In parallel with the Classic Magazine Launching Ceremony, a Talent show with the contribution of all the undergraduates representing all the four years were conducted on 27th October 2023 from 3.00 pm onwards at the Sumangala Auditorium of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. The event was carried out in an exceptional manner with numerous dancing, singing, music, compeering, and drama items which continued for more than four hours. All activities were in Sinhala, English and Tamil Language. The Chief Guest of the Classics Talent show was Professor Praneeth Abeysundara made an excitement to the event.. In addition to him the event was glamoured with the participation of Dr. Dushan Jayawickrama, Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, Dr. R. P. C. K. Jayasinghe, Head of the Department of the Public Administration and Academic and Nonacademic members of the university. Further Famous artists Mr. Abhishek Geethadeva and Ms Niranjani Shanmugaraja participated as special guests to the event. The event had a very successful ending with a bunch of positive comments received by the audience. The same sponsors for the Classic Magazine contributed to the Classic talent show since both events were carried out together.
