First year orientation programme – 2017

The Department of Public Administration organized an orientation programme for newly enrolled students of the academic year 2017 on 01st of February 2017. The purpose of this programme was to welcome the fresh students to the Department and make them aware about the Degree Programme and the Department. The event was inspired with a motivational speech given by Dr.U.B.Ramanayeke, a former Head of Department of Public Administration and a Retired Senior Lecturer in Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce.  Another inspirational speech was delivered by Mr. T.Sutharsan, one of excellent Graduates of the Department who is currently serving as the Government Accountant in Mahawillachchiya Divisional Secretariat, Anuradhapura.
