Organizational Visit to SLIDA

To promote collaboration between the Department of Public Administration and the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA), a group of third-year students from the Department who are studying “Managerial Skills and Competencies” subject visited the SLIDA on the 10th of August. The purpose of the visit is to provide undergraduates with greater awareness of potential career opportunities and professional development pathways available in the public sector. The Director General of SLIDA, Mr. A.V. Janadara, addressed the gathering and awareness sessions that were conducted by Ms. Anusha Batawala Gamage, Additional Director General (Learning & Development and Research & Development), and Dr. Mayura Arandara, Senior Consultant.
