ImagineIF Entrepreneurship Boot Camp 2018

The Department of Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura collaborated with the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) to conduct the three days boot camp on entrepreneurship named ‘ImagineIF Entrepreneurship Boot Camp 2018’.

‘ImagineIF Entrepreneurship Boot Camp 2018’ is specifically targeting the university students who desire to transform their big ideas in to successful businesses. ICTA planned to invite 15 national universities across the island to this programme. University of Sri Jayewardenepura is the very first university who joined to ‘ImagineIF Entrepreneurship Boot Camp 2018’. This programme carries on as a workshop style where ICTA and Department of Entrepreneurship get the students to think differently and act fast. The sessions conduct in a collaborative manner with the industry experts who will prepare the ground for the participants to convert their big ideas in to sustainable start-ups.

The programme line up as follows;

• The first session, ‘A Comprehensive Session Covering the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship Coupled with Few Essentials, Inspirational Talks and the Success Stories Being Shared’ held on 14^th July 2018 at 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM at University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
• The second session, ‘Individual Face to Face Mentoring Sessions for all the Viable Ideas Brought Up’ will be held on 01^st August 2018 at 5.00 PM to 6.30 PM in University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
• The third session, ‘Pitching Competition Based on the Business Plan Derived’ will be held on 08^th August 2018 at 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM in University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
