Chathurani Senarath, A Graduate Student Of The Department Of Enterprenuership Opened A New Juice Hut At The University Premises
Chathurani Senarath a graduate of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayeardenepura started her new business on 2nd August 2018 at the basement of New Sortha Building, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura by opening up an outlet of fresh juice under the brand name of MaMa’s Smoothies.
The Dean, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, Dr. U. Anura Kumara participated to the opening ceremony of her juice outlet. Mr. Rukmal Weerasinghe, Head, Department of Entrepreneurship, Mr. M.V.S.S. Udayanga, the Former Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and the academic staff of the university, non-academic staff and the students of the Department of Entrepreneurship joined with this event. Further, all the participants added warm wishes to her to become a great entrepreneur in the future.
Finally, the Department of Entrepreneurship is highly appreciating the endless support given by the Prof. Sampath Amaratunge, the Vice Chancellor, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Dr. U. Anura Kumara, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce and all the supportive participants for their contribution to make this startup a success.
