Merit Award in Industry/ Manufacturing Sector -Western Province (Large Category)

Ms. D. V Pelpola, a Director of Meditextile (Pvt.) Ltd was awarded with ‘Merit Award’ in the Large Category in Industry and Manufacturing Sector at Western Province at the Annual Entrepreneur Award Programme of the National Enterprise Development Authority and National Chamber of Commerce.

Meditextile (Pvt.) Ltd engages in manufacturing and importing of surgical devices such as Bandage WOW, Surgical Lint, Absorbent Cotton Wool, Crep Bandage Emergency Bandage and Povidone Iodine solution etc.

National Enterprise Development Authority organizes its Annual Entrepreneur Award Programme together with National Chamber of Commerce to salute the outstanding enterprising people of the nation in every year.

Further, Ms. Pelpola is a student Faculty of Applied Sciences and also reading for Diploma in Entrepreneurial Business Management which is conducted by the Department of Entrepreneurship, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
