I am Channa Gajanayaka, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Special) degree at the Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Building upon this foundation, I pursued a Master of Science in Management from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the same university.

Driven by my passion for learning and a desire to delve deeper into the complexities of my field, I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Management and Sustainability at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. This academic pursuit allows me to explore innovative approaches to addressing the challenges of sustainable management practices.
