Lecturer on Contract Basis attached to the Department of Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She has a keen interest in teaching, student development, and creating an engaging learning environment that encourages learning, creativity, and innovation. Her research interests include cyberbullying, digital entrepreneurial capabilities, circular business model innovation, SME performance, and innovation management. She is committed to continuous professional growth and to making a meaningful contribution through teaching, research, and academic service.
