Shanika is a Lecturer at the Department of Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and a Tutor in Management at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Waikato, focusing on Strategic Entrepreneurship with specific interests in entrepreneurial orientation, SME internationalization. Her research and teaching integrate her deep understanding of entrepreneurial dynamics with practical business insights, aiming to foster innovative thinking and effective business strategies among students and professionals alike.
