Employability Skills of HRM Graduates
The guest lecture on “Employability Skills of HRM Graduates” of the guest lecture series under Skills Development Program was successfully held on 14th February, 2020. Mr. Danushka Ranasinghe, Manager – Human Resources and Administration, Selyn Exporters (Pvt) Ltd, conducted this session, for the students of the department.
This session was of great importance to the students. The content of the session enlightened the students on the aspects that they need to improve, in order to step out into the corporate world. Also, the students were able to acquire an understanding on how to face real life challengers
. The event was immensely successful and received many positive feedbacks from the participants.
