HR Conference is a forum of creating and disseminating new insights of knowledge in the part of developing the Japura School of HRM (Sri Lankan School in HRM) as a farsighted leader of the HRM educational field. Various stakeholder, researchers, educators, learners, academics, professionals and policy makers can gain various kinds of ideas, concepts, theories, research findings and applications in the HRM field for their advancement.

Conference Proceedings All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers. The conference proceedings book and certificate of presentation will be distributed to the conference participants at the conference registration desk. HRM Scintilla: Human Resource Management Journal Selected papers will be published in the bi-annual research journal, HRM Scintilla: Human Resource Management Journal published by the Department of Human Resource Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Guidelines
HR Professional Session
A forum of sharing practical insights of HRM issues with academics and professionals in the field of HRM. The professionals are free to express their ideas, concepts, new theories and applications in English or Sinhala language. The main purpose of this forum is to discuss the various solutions for HRM issues in the Sri Lankan context.
