Residential Training Program at Camso Loadstar Training Center
Third year students of the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce participated to the two days residential training program at the Camso Loadstar Training Center, Midigama on 31st January and 01st February 2019. This program was organized by Dr(Mrs) M.G. Tharanganie and Prof. Aruna Gamage with the aim of enhancing employability of the participants and to expand their understanding on global business in terms of the manufacturing industry and its’ HRM functions. The Department of Human Resource Management would like to extend gratitude to the management of Loadstar and resource persons for facilitating and providing resources to make a memorable educational experience to our undergraduates.
