Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through Artificial Intelligence: Enhancing Academic Excellence and Industry Collaboration

On 9th February 2026, academic staff of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, took part in an insightful session on Artificial Intelligence, held at the Uzabase premises.

The session was conducted by industry experts Mr. Thilan Sampath, Mr. Azeez Anver, and Mr.Travis Gomes, who shared valuable perspectives on the growing role of AI in education and professional practice.
This session equipped academic staff with contemporary knowledge that enhances teaching, learning, and academic innovation while strengthening academia-industry collaboration.
