POST OF SENIOR LECTURER (GRADE I)/ SENIOR LECTURER (GRADE II)/LECTURER (UNCONFIRMED)/ LECTURER (PROBATIONARY)

SENIOR LECTURER (GRADE I)/ SENIOR LECTURER (GRADE II)

BSc. Special Degree in HRM with First or Second Class (Upper Division) and MSc in HRM from a recognized University.

Preference will be given to candidates with PhD in HRM/HR Analytics and have recognized relevant publications of high quality and experience of at least 06 years for Senior Lecturer grade II and at least 12 years for Senior Lecturer grade I in relevant teaching/research/professional work.

LECTURER (PROBATIONARY)

BSc. Special Degree in HRM with First or Second Class (Upper Division)

Preference will be given to candidates who have recognized publications and competencies on sustainable HRM, HR Analytics, or Innovation in HRM with more than one year experience in relevant teaching/research.
