ICBM 2021 – Human Resources Management and Labour Relations Track
The 18th International Conference on Business Management (ICBM) organized by the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC), University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ), Sri Lanka will be held on the theme of “Managing in Crisis: Brace for Challenges Ahead to Ensure Sustainable Growth” on 9th of December 2021. There will be many conference tracks including the Human Resources Management and Labour Relations. The session speaker for the Human Resources Management and Labour Relations will be Professor (Retd.) Subhash C Kundu who is a Professor of Management at Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, INDIA. He will be delivering the speech on “Developments in HR Researches”. In addition, 15 research papers will be presented during the Human Resources Management and Labour Relations track under three sessions commencing from 11.00 am on 9th December 2021 via zoom platform. We warmly welcome any participant who is interested in knowing the insights of HR Researches.
