"HR අපේ ඉස්කෝලේ' 25"

The Department of Human Resource Management successfully conducted a community outreach program on 10th September 2025 for over 1,000 students from the Horana Education Zonal Schools, which included a motivational session, a field visit and an outdoor team building session. 
The initiative was graced by Prof. Dushan Jayawickrama, Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce, and Prof. Aruna S. Gamage of the Department of Human Resource Management, along with other dedicated lecturers and enthusiastic 2nd and 3rd year HRM undergraduates.
The purpose of this initiative was to motivate young minds by igniting curiosity and creating a meaningful learning experience for the leaders of tomorrow.
