The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Department of Human Resource Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, was successfully held on ๐ญ๐ฐ๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ญ๐ฎ.๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ฝ๐บ ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ก๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐น๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ผ๐บ. The event was graced by the presence of all lecturers of the Department of Human Resource Management, along with second-, third-, and fourth-year undergraduate students, making it a significant academic and departmental gathering.
The proceedings commenced with presentations by the outgoing Secretary and President, who comprehensively outlined the activities carried out during the previous year. Their presentation highlighted the key initiatives, achievements, and responsibilities undertaken by the former committee, reflecting the departmentโs continuous commitment to academic and professional excellence.
Following this, the official handover of responsibilities was conducted, marking the transition to the newly appointed board and committee. During the meeting, the new executive board for the department was formally selected.
