According to AD Scientific Index 2022 which is a system of Ranking for Scientists three academic members of the Department of HRM have been listed. Please note that only 06 academics in the field of Business & Management and only 03 academics in the field of HRM in University of Sri Jayewardenepura have been listed under AD ranking for scientists. Details of the three academics of the Department of HRM are:
- Prof. HHDNP Opatha (who has been ranked as Business & Management Best Scientist in University (USJ); Human Resource Management Best Scientist in University; Human Resource Management Best Scientist in Country (Sri Lanka); and Business & Management 2nd Best Scientist in Country).
- Prof. Aruna S. Gamage (who has been ranked as Human Resource Management 3rd Best Scientist in Country; as one of the three academics in USJ in HRM and one of the six academics in Business & Management in USJ)
- Prof. Bhadra Arachchige (who has been ranked as one of the three academics in USJ in HRM and one of the six academics in Business & Management in USJ)
