The Student Association of HRM (under the guidance of the Head of the Department) organized the “Visualizing Personnel Excellence” program, which was held at the old faculty board room on 8^th July 2019 from 9.00a.m. to 12.00 p.m. This workshop was conducted by one of the products of the HRM Department, Mrs. Andrea Jayatilleka, Assistant Director Training and Director Smart Quest Executive Coach, Coach Masters Academy Sri Lanka, . This workshop supported to create awareness of what really matters to students and how they can bring out their best in meeting with the challenges that they will face in the corporate world.  The second and the third year students of the Department of Human Resource Management participated at this workshop.
