Guest Lecture on Employee Health and Safety Management
Mr. Dulantha Kulathunga (USJ HRM alumni member), Human Resource & Administration Manager, Orit Apparels Embilipitiya conducted a lecture on Factory Visit and Workplace Accidents in the Working Environment for the 3rd year undergraduates of the Department of Human Resource Management under the subject of Employee Health and Safety Management on 01st February 2021 via zoom platform. Due to the Corvid 19 Pandemic situation it is difficult to arrange physical factory visit programs this year. Therefore, he explained all the information relevant to a factory visit via zoom and reduced the students gap of the practical exposure to certain extent. Dr. Dinoka Perera as a subject lecturer and tutors of the subject participated in this session.
