HR Transformation with COVID -19

The 4th Experience Sharing Session in the year 2021 organized by the alumni association of the Department of HRM held successfully on the 01st of April 2021 virtually via the Zoom platform. This was conducted by an alumni member Mr. G.A. Kalum Disnaka (HRM Alumni member) Director of People and Culture at Anantara Kalutara Resort. The session flowed from the topic “Human Resource Transformation with COVID -19” in which he shared his expertise with undergraduates of the department.
