HRM Undergraduate Research Conference 2025

The Department of Human Resource Management delighted to share the resounding success of the 5th HRM Undergraduate Research Conference 2025, held on the 18th of February at the FMSC New Board Room under the theme “Tech Titans and Turmoil: Leveraging Disruptive Technologies for Sustainable Business Transformation”.

Prof. Sisira Kumar, Prof. M.D. Pushpakumari and Prof. Rupika Senadheera extended their immense contribution as session chairs. Moreover, eight research students of the Department of HRM received the opportunity to present their research papers at the conference.

This event, organized by the Department of HRM of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC) of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, brought together a community of scholars, researchers, and undergraduates in the field of Human Resource Management.
