Personal Development Training organized by Michelin Lanka (PVT) LTD

The third-year undergraduates of the Department of Human Resource Management participated in a two-day training program facilitated by Michelin Lanka (PVT) LTD. The program was held on the 24th and 25th of April at the Michelin Training Center in Midigama. It was organized as part of the course content for HRM 3370 – Human Resource Development. The program blended in-class and outdoor activities to enhance the soft skills and professional readiness of the undergraduates.
