Workshop on “Find the Right Blend” was Held Successfully
It is a great pleasure to publicize that the Department of HRM successfully conducted its third monthly workshop on “Find the Right Blend”, on 25th of July 2022 via the Zoom platform from 6.00 PM to 7.30 PM. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Yasheela Amarawardena, the Head of Human Resources of Overseas Realty (PLC) Ltd.
The workshop was about the right skills expected from an HR Graduate by the industry. Ms. Yasheela talked about very important and essential skills needed for HR professionals in the ever-changing business environment by explaining triple A’s (Aptitudes, Attributes, Attitudes). The workshop was full of knowledge and there were a lot more exciting things to be grabbed for the audience. It was not just another workshop but a remarkable one that was enriched with knowledge.
A big thank you is extended to our resource person, Ms. Yasheela Amarawardena and our lecture panel including our Department Head Prof. N.W.K.D.K. Dayarathna who always provides guidance and support for us. Further, we are grateful to the HRM Students Association for successfully carrying out the workshop.
