Digital SME project – 2nd Workshop for the SME sector

On July 7, 2022, the second workshop for the “Digital SME” community service project was held with the participation of small and medium enterprise owners and the academic staff of the Department of Information Technology. The session was held with the purpose of increasing awareness on “launching a successful ad campaign using multiple social media platforms”.

The workshop’s primary resource person was Mr. Chandika Witharana, from the Department of Information Technology.

The audience engaged well with the program, and in response to numerous requests from the entrepreneurs, the Department is eager to hold its next workshop on developing a web presence for the company, targeting the SME sector.
