Workshop on Adaptive Resilience: a highly interactive and practical
The Department of Information Technology successfully hosted a workshop on “Adaptive Resilience: a highly interactive and practical” on 6th March 2025. The session was aligned with the ITC 3172 – Personality and Skills Development 3 course. Led by Mr. Sahan Dharmathilake, Co-Founder of YesWeCan.LK and a Wellbeing Consultant for Senior Leaders, the workshop was highly interactive, with 75% of the program focused on hands-on activities and actionable strategies. Designed to help students thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, the session equipped participants with proven techniques for stress management, adaptability, and maintaining focus under pressure. By fostering mental agility, resilience, and mindfulness, the workshop empowered BIS students to stay motivated, productive, and creative in the face of demanding goals. The event was coordinated by Ms. Dulari Perera on behalf of the department.
