Research carried out by Dr. Mahesh Fernando, Senior Lecturer in the Department, together with Ms. Dilanka Nanayakkara (Graduating BIS Batch), titled “Unlocking Big Data Potential: Skill Development Strategies for Sri Lanka’s IT/BPM Sector,” was featured in the Sunday Observer on 3rd August 2025.
