Finext’25 – Career Fair and Panel Discussion
Following a panel discussion, the career fair Finext’25 was organized by the Students’ Association of Finance, Department of Finance, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, successfully held on 6th January 2026 at the Ground Floor of the New Faculty Building, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce.
The panel discussion, themed Export-Oriented Knowledge and Professional Service Sector, was conducted in collaboration with CFA Society Sri Lanka and featured an esteemed panel of industry experts. Their insights highlighted the growing demand for analytical, research-driven, and globally aligned skill sets in the financial and investment sector.
The career fair that followed provided undergraduates with the opportunity to directly engage with industry representatives, explore different career paths, participate in interviews, and gain practical exposure to professional expectations in the Finance Sector.
