Professor Padmini Jayasekara earned her PhD in International Human Resource Management (IHRM) from Hiroshima University, Japan. She holds an MBA from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka and an M.Sc. specializing in Human Resource Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, as well as a BSc. Management (Public) specialized degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She has also completed two postgraduate certificates in HRM from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and in Teaching in Higher Education from the University of Colombo.
