Year IV – Outbound Training Programme 2024
The Department of Business Administration organised an Outbound Training (OBT) Programme for the final year undergraduates of the Department as a part of the subject BUS 4670 Management Training course with the purpose of stimulating and nurturing the soft skills and positive attitudes of the undergraduates who are currently in the process of making a bridge between the ‘University life’ and ‘Work life’. The OBT Programme was conducted in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Army, of Commando Regiment Training School, Uva Kudaoya on the 02nd and 03rd of November 2024. Final-year undergraduates and the staff of the Department participated in the Programme.
