As the pioneer of management education in Sri Lanka, the Department of Business Administration has continuously placed high importance on cultivating a research culture among its learning partners. Against this backdrop, the Undergraduate Research Symposium (URS) is one of the grand events of the Department of Business Administration which opens up avenues for the budding researchers to showcase their research work conducted in the field of business management. Up to now, the Department has conducted this event for five consecutive years under the main tracks of, Managing Work and Organisational Life, Managing Challenges in the Contemporary Society and Humanities and Other Studies.
