Career Skills Development Workshop on Sustainable Leadership and Career Development
A Career Skills Development Workshop was successfully conducted on 30th August 2025 at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce premises for the final-year students of the Department of Business Administration. The session was enriched by the presence of Ms. Sathudri Rajamuni from JAT Holdings, who served as the main resource person of the workshop.
The program was designed to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in the areas of sustainable leadership and career development, equipping them with essential competencies to navigate the evolving professional landscape. In addition to the participation of our final-year undergraduates, a group of students from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka also joined the session, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among peers from different institutions.
This initiative reflects the Department’s continuous commitment to preparing its students for future career success while instilling values of sustainability and responsible leadership.
