Our Department has continuously placed high importance on cultivating a research culture among its learning partners. Against this backdrop, the Undergraduate Research Day (URD) opens up avenues for the budding researchers to showcase their research work conducted in the field of business management. Up to now, the Department has conducted this event for six consecutive years under the main tracks of, Managing Work and Organisational Life, Managing Challenges in the Contemporary Society and Humanities and Other Studies.
