BIO
My primary research interest lies in Organisational Studies, with a particular focus on marginalised
communities. Having previously explored themes related to diversity and inclusion, I am
particularly interested in the identity negotiation processes of marginalised communities in the
workplace. I seek to understand how cultural backgrounds, personal narratives, and organisational
communication impact the way employees assert and negotiate their identities.
