BIO

I am Dr. Nayomi De Peiris, Senior Lecturer (Grade I) and the current Head of the Department of Business Administration at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. I hold a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Colombo, where my doctoral research focused on the complex intersections between strategy, identity, and organizational behavior. Over the years, my academic journey has been shaped by a passion for exploring how organizations craft and enact strategy, how individuals experience identity within institutions, and how these dynamics influence performance, change, and long-term sustainability.
