BIO
I am a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Before joining the Department, I worked in the NGO field in relation to managing the educational affairs of the students under different vulnerabilities. As an Academic, my research interests are in the fields of Sustainability Managementment and, Diversity and Inclusion in organisations.
