BIO
I am a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Before joining the Department, I worked in the NGO field in relation to managing the educational affairs of the students under different vulnerabilities. As an Academic, my research interests are in Organizational Behavior and Education.
