Pramoda Karunarathna is a Probationary Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Her research interests lie in the fields of gender studies and critical management, exploring how power, identity, and organisational practices shape contemporary workplaces. She is interested in exploring gendered experiences within institutions.
