Currently serve as a professor of Business Administration at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Her areas of specialisation include Management, Strategic Management, International Business Management, Cross Cultural Management, SMEs and Entrepreneurship, and Organisational Behaviour.
