Ms. Uvini Ayathma is a Temporary Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Business Administration, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She completed her B.Sc. Business Administration (Special) Degree with a First Class from the same university. Prior to joining the department, she worked as a Management Trainee at a food manufacturing conglomerate in Sri Lanka, attached to the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
