Dr Yasanthi Alahakoon is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She obtained her doctorate in Philosophical foundations of Knowledge Management from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. She has an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), Sri Lanka. She has teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate courses on Knowledge Management, Organizational Behavior, Contemporary Issues in Management and Research Methodology. Her research interests are in knowledge management and Eastern epistemologies.
