Year IV – Outbound Training Programme 2023
The Department of Business Administration organised an Outbound Training (OBT) Programme for the final year undergraduates of the Department as a part of the subject BUS 4670 Management Training course with the purpose of stimulating and nurturing the soft skills and positive attitudes of the undergraduates who are currently in the process of making a bridge between the ‘University life’ and ‘Work life’. The OBT Programme was conducted in collaboration with the Special Boat Squadron of Sri Lanka Navy at Sober Island Resort, Sober Island, Trincomalee, on the 27th and 28th of September 2023. Final-year undergraduates and the staff of the Department participated in the Programme. The Programme was mainly funded through the B.Sc. Business Studies (General) External Degree Fund and the funds collected from the students and staff.
