“රූ සඳ රෑ” 2016
As a fund raising project for the personality and skills development program (Out Bound Training program), students organized a musical concert “Roo Sanda Rae” this year which was an extravagant event held in collaboration with Mr.Rookantha Goonathilake at the Musaeus College Auditorium on 27th August 2016. Also the participation of the artists Sanuka Wickramasinghe and Chinthy added more glamour to the event. The country renowned musician Mr.Suresh Malliyadde headed the music band to make it a perfect orchestra for the day. At last but not least the dancing crew of Mr.Channa Wijewardena left a sparkle in the eyes of the audience.
At the end with much effort and assistance rendered by the respected Academic staff members of the department and the many sponsors, students were able to succeed the event with glamour on the respective day. It was a great experience to cope into as it ended up as mega event of around 1500 crowd as the audience.
