The Corporate Mentorship Program is organized by the Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, the University of Sri Jayewardenepura as an intentional effort to develop a career-ready graduate who possesses personal capabilities, discipline-specific competencies, professional skills, ethical and social values, to act as a catalyst by challenging the status quo to bring about sustainable changes at individual, organizational and social levels at the successful completion of the B.Sc. Marketing Management (Special) Degree. This program is a formal mentoring program that focuses on one-on-one relationships to help participating students develop a professional identity and a clearer vision for their career path before they begin their internships. The program matches a mid-to senior-level executive, who is favorably an experienced personality from the industry and affiliates.
